Tasting-"Le Lejania Chardonay"

Name: La Lejania
Variety: Chardonay
Year: 2015
Region: NA
Country: Chile
Price: $10

Vintage Cellar review: A refined and suave style, with a rich array of white fruit and cream flavors, featuring a plush texture. Ripe citrus and pear notes fill the smooth finish.

My review: The chardonay was a golden colored wine with a thicker viscosity. La Lejania aromas were very fruity, which did not carry over to the taste as much as I was expecting. The wine was very dry with hints of peach. The dryness overwhelmed all other flavors in my opinion. This wine would go well with a chicken dish or any white cream sauce dish.
